The psoas, (the muscle of the soul in Eastern Medicine) is the most intimately connected muscle to our nervous system.  ~ Drew Ragan

  • How it is hard to be in flow when the psoas is tight 
  • How breathe work will help soften the psoas and release the fear it may be holding
  • How our SIT culture creates a tight psoas and it not always our emotions
