Good to fear . . . 

  • Life threatening event = Living 
  • Loneliness = friendships 
  • illness = health
  • poverty = wealth
  • lost of a love one = deep love 

 

Bad thing to fear because it limits us from ourselves

  • Other people's opinions 
  • Missing out 
  • Judgment
  • Failure 

 

Having a healthy respect to fear is know our environment and gives us a sense of self.
