  • Get Quiet - Walk, Write, Disconnect so you can reconnect within yourself 


  • Day Dream Backwards - Go back to the joys of your childhood, remember what got you excited, topic you were thrilled to learn about. 


  • Brain Storm Everything and All things!  - Get it out on paper or speak it out and see body react, allow it to lead you toward your dreams


Dreams are important to have within living life.  They anchor our decisions, actions and our thoughts.  Without dreams we go about life aimlessly living a life people pleasing instead of living our soul's truth. 


Start with these simple steps to understand the deep desires your body carry and your soul's dream.
