You will learn the difference between a child like spirit compared to childish behavior, how no matter what age we all have a inner child living within us, and how movement has and can heal your inner child. 


Understanding patterns in her life she started exploring healing the emotional body along her physical body during another devastating injury in 2014. She shares how crawling was the only type of exercise/movement she could do at the time and how it was leading her to heal her inner child. 


As we get back to the basic childlike movement in a form of play, we are able to heal our subconscious or our super conscious of our child like spirit. 



After listening to this episode you will have the insight to live from your innocence and take the steps towards your wiser future self.
