Your worth is not defined by the number on the scale, the number of reps, the number of weights you can lift or the number of distance you can run, swim or bike. 

 

To be able to accomplish anything within this world you must know first your worth, and allow this mindset to remind your body that it is already worthy.  Believing in your worth allows your body to step into is potential and achieve these goals.
