  1. Stories Matter
  2. I am enough (we do enough and we have enough)
  3. I BELONG
  4. No one is exempt 
  5. Resting is Required 
  6. Joy is available 
  7. Love is the answer

  5. How well did you rest this past year? if you did not, what do you see as the cost of not resting?
  6. In what ways was joy available this year.
  7. How well did you love yourself this past year? What is your evidence? How well did you love others?
